2. Operational Responsibility & Disclaimer

TheThinkLoop is a measurement and policy-enforcement layer. It does not guarantee that any underlying artificial intelligence model or automated workflow will be free from error.

You are solely responsible for determining whether any decision workflow is appropriate for automated execution, establishing statistically defensible thresholds, maintaining adequate human review queues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing automated decisions in your jurisdiction.

3. Wave 1 Experimental Preview

The website, playground, and preview APIs are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis for evaluation and development purposes. Service limits, rate limits, and features may evolve as the platform advances.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TheThinkLoop tools or APIs to:

• Violate any applicable laws, export controls, or third-party rights.
• Submit prohibited, harmful, or unlawful content to the decision endpoints.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary scoring methods or launch denial-of-service attacks.
• Misrepresent unverified experimental preview scores as certified safety guarantees.
