Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. We believe data privacy should be built into system architecture, not just written in legal text.
1. Calibration Workbench Data
The Calibration Workbench (/calibrate) operates entirely in your web browser. When you paste CSV/JSON rows or load datasets, parsing, binning, Expected Calibration Error calculation, and threshold optimization execute on your device using client-side JavaScript. Your labeled historical outcomes and customer data are never transmitted to TheThinkLoop servers.
2. Decision Playground & API Requests
When you use the Decision Playground or submit requests to our decision endpoints:
- Ephemeral Processing: Inputs and images are processed transiently to generate decision answers and factor checks.
- Zero Model Training: Neither TheThinkLoop nor underlying preview model APIs retain customer inputs or image payloads to train machine learning models.
- Operational Telemetry: We record coarse metadata strictly for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring (such as timestamp, provider ID, question type, and execution latency). Input strings and question text are excluded from persistent server logs.
3. Early Access Submissions
Information submitted through the Early Access form (name, email, company, and workflow description) is used exclusively to contact you regarding pilot access, onboarding, and product updates. We do not sell or share contact details with third-party advertising brokers.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use lightweight, privacy-focused analytics to monitor aggregate traffic patterns without tracking users across unrelated websites or storing third-party advertising cookies.
5. Contact
